As Harboring Hearts has grown in the past couple of years, we have evolved to offer a holistic approach to providing financial and emotional support to heart patients and their families.
Through our experiences at Harboring Hearts, we realized that having access to healthcare involves numerous factors. We want to alleviate the burden not only through providing affordable housing to families while their loved ones are in the hospital but by providing small grants to families to cover the cost of basic living expenses and connecting heart patients and caregivers to other resources that may not be known to them.
Ultimately, Harboring Hearts wants to do the most good, for the greatest number of heart patients and their families.
