The Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) provides case management services and financial aid to Americans with chronic, life-threatening, and debilitating diseases. PAF offers three direct service programs. Copay Relief and Financial Aid Funds offer direct financial assistance and Case Management is an intervention support service and does not provide direct financial assistance.
