Erin recently joined the Harboring Hearts team in July 2025! Erin holds a degree in Advertising Design from the State University of New York's Fashion Institute of Technology. She has also completed advanced studies in Nonprofit Management at New York University and Sustainable Business Strategy at Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Harboring Hearts, Erin led a nonprofit consultancy, directing high-impact projects and growth initiatives for dozens of national and global organizations across the education, healthcare, and human services sectors. She also served as Executive Director of an international education nonprofit, where she spearheaded a multimillion-dollar corporate/NGO collaboration to launch vocational training programs and sustainable school construction projects in Haiti. Throughout her career, Erin has served as a senior fundraising executive, leading teams across all areas of fundraising, including major gifts, corporate and foundation giving, individual giving, and planned giving.

The mission of Harboring Hearts resonates deeply with Erin, whose son was born with a congenital heart condition and underwent heart surgery at the age of four. This experience shaped her empathy for the families the organization serves and strengthened her commitment to ensuring no one faces the cardiac journey alone.

Outside of her work, Erin is currently studying French and botanical illustration. She is also an avid equestrian who enjoys traveling, reading historical fiction, and watching documentaries. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, son, and daughter. Erin also serves as a board member and Treasurer of One Million Fosters.

Erin’s favorite foods are crispy rice sushi and lemon squares.
