Harboring Hearts provides support to patients and families who meet the following criteria:
You may qualify if you are receiving care at one of our ten hospital partners and:
Are currently listed for a heart, liver, or pediatric kidney transplant
Have undergone major cardiac surgery
Have received or are preparing to receive a heart, liver, or pediatric kidney transplant
