Eligibility

Harboring Hearts provides support to patients and families who meet the following criteria:

  • You may qualify if you:

    • Are receiving care at one of our ten hospital partners

    • Are undergoing or preparing for a heart, liver, or pediatric kidney transplant

    • Are currently listed for a transplant

    • Have recently undergone cardiac surgery

    • Have received a heart, liver, or pediatric kidney transplant in the past at one of our 10 hospital partners
